Collaborative working for better outcomes
The South London Critical Care Operational Delivery Network was established in September 2014, covering eleven hospitals, in seven NHS Trusts across South London, and four independent hospitals.
The aim of the Network is to facilitate and improve equity of access, experience and health outcomes for patients within South London critical care services, across healthcare organisations and geographical boundaries. The Network aims to achieve this through collaborative South-London wide projects such as transfer training courses and the peer review scheme and by increasing co-operation and communication between critical care units through Clinical Oversight Group meetings. The Network provides a forum to share ideas between different units in South London, on what is being achieved and successfully enacted, as well as challenges and how they can best be overcome.
This website aims to develop a community of knowledge surrounding the work in progress for the improvement of critical care services across South London.
